Creating Your Own Wealth
There is no doubt that Jamaicans are a unique and creative group of people. Yet, we struggle from day to day trying to make ends meet. If we were to channel some of that creative energy into positive business ideas,
we would truly be a nation to be reckoned with. Below are some business ideas that you may pursue full-time or part-time:
(1) Network Marketing – They are not all pyramid schemes or scams.
A number of persons have been known to totally transform their financial status through network marketing.
The key is DO YOUR RESEARCH!
(2) On-Line Jobs – Again the key here is RESEARCH. Usually if they are
too good to be true they are. Check the method of payment and rate. Once that is done you can make literally thousands a month.
(3) Contractual Work – America or UK are not the only places you can
do multiple jobs. The flexi hour system now allows you time to explore this possibility. And companies and individuals alike are willing to pay top dollars for professional service.
(4) Start Your Own Business – The possibilities here are endless. Our
minds are constantly inundated with ideas that if brought to life has the potential to make us millionaires. What does this take: patience, consistency and
an entrepreneurial spirit.
(5) Investment – This is not regular savings or rainy day money. This is
putting aside a specific amount of money every month in an investment company that pays you high interest rate at minimal risk.
Personal wealth creation is not as difficult or far-fetched as some would make it seem. However, we need to ensure that whatever is decided upon is properly researched. KNOWLEDGE IS POWER! Do not short change yourselves.
